November 13, 2016
9:15 a.m. and 11:15 a.m.
From Kenneth Patton, "This house is for the gathering of nature and human nature. It is a house of friendships, a haven in trouble, a house of freedom, guarding the inherent worth and dignity of every person." In this post-election
worship
service, we will gather together --- a haven in times of trouble ---- to name the
brokenness
before us and
reflect
upon
what calls us forward. Our children will join us a the beginning and end of our worship service for our annual Thanksgiving Ritual. Certainly they call us forward.
