DAYLIGHT SAVING TIME Starts Again This Weekend
Though it still seems silly, here on the western edge of the Eastern Time Zone, once again we must spring forward for Daylight Saving Time, this Sunday morning at 2:00 am. Remember to set your clocks FORWARD (spring ahead) 1 hour on Saturday night, so you aren't late for church! Also, please drive carefully and watch out for sleep-deprived people.

Generosity: The Breath and Depth
Reverend Mary Ann Macklin
Janiece Jaffe, Worship Artist in Residence
Cynthia Bretheim, Breath Inspiration
Join us this Sunday as we explore the theme of the month, Generosity, through the breath and depth of our lives as spiritual seekers. "The body is our first home. Breathing in, I arrive in my body. Breathing out, I am home." These words from Thich Nhat Hanh invite us into the generosity. Seeking the Spirit. Building Community. Changing the World. Of note, time permitting, we will also explore some breadth and death.
This Week in Religious Education: Show & Tell About a Memory
Children of all ages will gather with any interested adults for a Show and Tell morning - they are invited to bring an item to share that i s connected to a favorite memory. Regular preschool and elementary classes, OWL (7th/8th), and High School Youth Group will not be meeting due to Spring Break. Next week, we will be back to our regular classes, except for the OWL group.

Can you help us raise $750 dollars
for racial justice?
Our congregation has raised over $4200 so far towards our pledge of $5000 to the UUA's "The Promise and The Practice" fund to support Black Lives of UU (for more information, please click here. If you are able to give, please send a check to the office (or place in the offering on Sunday), payable to "UU Church" with "BLUU" on the memo line. We hope to meet our goal by March 30.
Our Donate Page is Changing
Credit card security is an important issue these days. Because of the increasingly stringent rules governing online credit card transactions, and the expense associated with complying, the company that has supported the Donate page on our website for the last several years will discontinue this service as of March 14. However, if you have already set up a recurring pledge payment using our Donate page, that arrangement will continue without any interruption.
We will be deciding the best way to move forward with our Donate page in the next few months. In the meantime, we can still accept credit card transactions over the phone, Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. We follow industry guidelines in keeping your card information secure, and we do not keep copies of it here in our office, either on paper or electronically.
