Active Hope: Belonging in This World
The Reverend Scott McNeill
Our worship will highlight text from Joanna Macy and Chris Johnstone's book, "Active Hope: How To Face the Mess We're in without Going Crazy." By deepening our connection to one another and the world around us, we can "refresh our sense of belonging," as the writers say - and in turn, we can save not only ourselves, but humanity and our planet, too.

This Week in Religious Education
Our kids in Preschool through the 8th grade will meet in the Library and learn about the art of juggling with special guest Miles Eddy at both services. Harry Potter & UU will resume on March 25th. High School Youth Group is exploring the congregational theme of belonging. Youth should bring their favorite dish for a potluck lunch and a board game to share.
For the month of March, we will be singing the children out to their classes with "Come, Come Whoever You Are," hymn #188 from the grey hymnal,
Singing the Living Tradition
. Families might appreciate this link, which has the music and lyrics, so you can become more familiar with the song at home and even try singing it as a round.

Parking Options on Sunday Mornings -
Please Don't Park on the Grass!
Our parking lot is often full on Sundays, especially at the second service. For those of you in good health and sure of foot, it would be wonderful if you could park on Jordan Avenue, or across the Bypass at Marching Hundred Hall (former Church of God), or across the street on the paved areas west of Fee Lane, to leave room in the lot for those who can't make the hike. This opportunity is especially helpful during winter weather. Additionally, please do not park in muddy or grassy areas within or neighboring the church's parking lot.
