Wrightsboro United Methodist Church

Good morning, Wrightsboro family!

As we head into the weekend, I hope you’ve had a week full of little moments of grace — maybe a kind word, a smile you didn’t expect, or a bit of peace that surprised you right in the middle of the busyness.

This Sunday, we’ll be in Luke 21:5–19, where Jesus talks about what happens when the world around us starts to shake. The disciples are admiring the beauty of the temple…the stonework, the structure, the permanence — and Jesus gently reminds them that even the strongest walls can fall. But he also reminds them that God never does.

It’s a good word for us today. So much of life feels uncertain or fragile but Jesus calls us not to panic, not to lose heart, but to stand firm in faith. Because when everything else seems unsteady, the love of God remains our foundation.

So, whether your week’s been smooth sailing or a bit of a whirlwind, come this Sunday ready to breathe, worship, and remember that God’s still at work — right here and right now.

 With gratitude and peace,

Pastor Tyler
