DALLASTOWN AREA EDUCATIONAL FOUNDATION HOSTS FALL FUNDRAISER FOR "OPERATION WARM"
The Dallastown Area Educational Foundation is hosting a sandwich sale, in place of its annual Monster Bash, to benefit "Operation Warm" which provides winter coats to our students in need.
As you may know, the Foundation is a broad-based, non-profit community organization working with individuals, businesses, and the community to enhance our students’ academic and cultural experiences. They provide annual scholarships, classroom materials through teacher grants, and financial support for various school activities.

Please consider placing an order by Friday, October 16, 2020 to support our students in need.
2020-2021 ATHLETIC SPECTATOR UPDATE
On Wednesday, September 23, the District shared a plan that would allow limited spectators to attend our fall athletic competitions.

Yesterday, October 1, 2020 we received the news that the Third Circuit issued an order for stay of the District Court's order pending appeal that would have allowed decisions to be made regarding spectators at the local Board level. The stay order reinstates the Governor's 25/250 public gathering restrictions until the appeal is heard.

At this time, the District will continue to monitor this developing issue should any updated guidance be shared by Governor Wolf.
