School Wide Sessions After Weeklong Break
Hello SBHS Students! First of all, we want to wish you all a safe and restful break next week. There will be no school the week of Nov. 22-26 in observance of Thanksgiving. In an effort to review and ensure there is clarity with various aspects of student behavioral expectations, interventions and consequences, we will be having “School Wide Sessions” on all four days of Haybaler Support Time on the week of Nov. 29, (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday).
This means that during our HST period, you will report to your “School Wide Session” teacher and classroom on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday of that week. Students can verify who their “School Wide Session” teacher is by logging onto their student Aeries account. Your “School Wide Session” is listed on your Aeries schedule as your “7th Period." This means that you will not need to sign-up for HST’s for this week. Our HST’s will resume on the week of Dec. 6.

Canned Food Drive Wraps Up Friday
San Benito High School's annual Canned Food Drive is underway and we are encouraging students and staff to bring in canned food, boxed pastas or rice and any other non-perishable food items. Friday, Dec. 18 is the final day of the drive. Many teachers have a barrel from the Community Food Bank in their classroom, so donations can be dropped off there or in the ASB Classroom, Rm. 341. All donations stay local to benefit San Benito County residents in need.
