World Cares Center's October Newsletter

Dear Friend,

The war in the Middle East continues to take a deadly toll on civilians in both Gaza and Israel, leaving in its wake a torrent of grief. World Cares Center plans to help in this long, painful recovery for so many families by adapting its Hope, Love and Courage publication to these Middle Eastern cultures.

This healing journal for children, which comes with a guide for parents and corresponding supplies, was created by the WCC with a team of art therapists and mental health professionals.

With funding from generous donations from the general public, Hope, Love and Courage has been translated into Ukrainian to aid the healing art workshops for families in resettlement villages in the city of Lviv in concert with WCC’s mobile medical clinics.

Now, with your further support, the journal and guide will be translated into Hebrew and Arabic, produced, shipped and used in workshops to promote healing and emotional resilience among traumatized family members.

Our approach is to care for the body and mind, helping grieving citizens and displaced refugees heal emotionally and physically.
