If you missed this week’s wildfire preparedness presentation, you can view the recording of this informative session here. Also this week a significant milestone was reached on the Beach Boulevard Infrastructure Resiliency Project, with the City Council voting unanimously to select the hybrid seawall/beach nourishment alternative and directing scoping and commencement of the design, environmental review, and permitting phase.
At the upcoming June 14 City Council meeting, the FY2021-22 Proposed Budget will be presented, including recommendations for the use of Pacifica’s first allocation of American Rescue Plan Act funding for pandemic recovery and economic stimulus. And speaking of economic recovery, please continue to support Pacifica’s local businesses, and don’t forget to play Beach Bites Bingo!
Sincerely,
KEVIN WOODHOUSE
City Manager
