HAPPY SUMMER!

We're ending the summer with a BIG move!

Don't worry—we're not going far. You'll find us just a few doors down at 503 Race Street, Cambridge, MD. Our new location gives us more office space, better heating and cooling, and lower overhead so more of our resources can go where they belong: serving people. As an added bonus, we'll be right next door to one of our supportive church partners, Grace Methodist Church.

We'll be closed between August 17 and 30 to make the big move, but we'll be open again on August 31st for our monthly Community Dinner (read more below). Please keep us in your prayers for a smooth move.

# of People Served at the Mission Center Food Pantry

359 families were served at the pantry during the month with food that fed their household members, reaching a grand total of 651 people as shown below:

Community Dinner & Celebration

Thanks to all those who helped us celebrate 4 years of service to our Cambridge community with great food, live DJ and lots of fun! Happy Birthday One Mission Cambridge. We look forward to celebrating many more together! A few scenes from the evening below:

We're Moving the Community Dinner...

Heads up that we are moving the dates for our monthly sit-down Community Dinners from the First Monday of the Month to the LAST MONDAY OF THE MONTH beginning with August.

The next Community Dinner will be held August 31st in our new location - 503 Race Street, Cambridge. Dinners will remain at the same time of 4pm. Spread the word!

My sister told me about One Mission. My ministry is outreach and I enjoy working with people so I signed up to be a volunteer.

I enjoy fulfilling a need and seeing the appreciation and thankfulness of others. It's a rewarding feeling.
