Our winter donation campaign was a success, thanks to you. Together we raised nearly $14,000. Your support provides people with disabilities and their families with the programs and services they need to build lives of meaning and joy as valued members of our city.

Faces of ABLE2

We were sad to hear of the passing of Marjorie Urquhart. Marjorie was matched with her Ally Anna Bilsky for ten years. Anna fondly recalls their weekly Tim Hortons and scratch cards. She will be missed!

ABLE2 is also pleased to announce that we are a recipient of a $24,700 Capital Fund grant from the Ontario Trillium Foundation (OTF) for accessible office equipment. This will ensure that no one is excluded from participating in programming, employment opportunities or volunteer opportunities due to their disability. This funding will allow ABLE2 to continue to deliver accessible programs and working environments, both in-person and remotely.
