POWAB celebrates
older Mothers!
Many women closer to 60 or even 70 are having babies, thanks to advances in medical science. As far as they're concerned, it's no-one else's business that they're becoming mothers, when other women their age are becoming grandmothers. All well and good, but what about their kids?
For forty years, 60 Minutes has been telling Australians the world’s greatest stories. Tales that changed history, our nation and our lives. Reporters Liz Hayes, Allison Langdon, Tara Brown, Charles Wooley, Liam Bartlett and Sarah Abo look past the headlines because there is always a bigger picture.

POWAB HONORS OUR ANCESTORS
|
Honoring Our Ancestors is the first step in reclaiming our true spiritual heritage, which is knowing the truth of who we are and our higher purpose in life. Our ancestors continue to sustain us with their spirit, energy and memory patterns long after they have passed!

Celebration of Life

Mother of Dr. E. Gail Anderson Holness
|
She was the best mother ever, making all ten of her children feel as though they were an only child. She attended every piano/dance recital, every school program and chaperoned most of the school and church events, and any activity her children participated in. She was a proponent of higher education and made sure all 10 of her children attended college. HBCU’s were the predominant schools: Morgan State University, Benedict College, Clark College, now Clark Atlanta University and Howard University School of Law and Divinity.
On Thursday, March 25, 2021 she summoned home eight of her ten living children whom she raised in the admonition of the Lord, and gave them the gift of travel – she literally traveled the world with her children. Everyone had arrived by Saturday, March 27. She requested that everyone gather for Sunday worship service on her deck. She sang and rejoiced with her children. Five generations were present.
What a wonderful experience!
