The Youth Services department is pleased to offer the new Calming Space! This space was developed to be a comforting place for children and adults in need of a a quiet space in the library. It can be used for the following activities:

  • A private space away from noise for children and families
  • A private area for nursing or pumping

BPL strives to create diverse, accessible, and inclusive spaces with unique learning opportunities for all children and families who enter.
