During the month of February donations of Move in Essentials (listed below) will be accepted at the Bloomingdale Village Hall, Library, Fire Department, and Park District (JRC) facilities. Donated items will be provided to Veterans who are exiting homelessness. Only new, store-bought items will be accepted.

Reading books with your baby can help your child learn to talk, occupy your child, help create a special bond between you and your baby, and encourage creativity. Join our updated Born to Read program and receive a small gift from Bloomingdale Public Library, and learn about the resources the library can provide as you begin your child's journey with reading.
