A Comment from
State Representative Brian Clem

Oregonians across the State are struggling to deal with the ramifications of COVID-19. From Medford to Astoria, Waldport to Ontario – the destruction that this virus is leaving in its path can be seen by us all. But that’s not all that can be seen. We see our communities coming together to help our seniors do their shopping, we see businesses supporting front-line medical workers with free meals, our teachers and educators adapting to a new world where they commit to distance learning, and we see our neighbors playing music in the streets creating hope where there was only silence. We see one another not as Democrats or Republicans, but as Oregonians. I am humbled and proud to be a part of this community and I promise to continue to do everything I can to help us move forward, and to see us emerge from this tragedy a stronger Oregon.

Representative Clem is a Democrat that has represented House District 21 in the Oregon House of Representatives sine 2007. He can be reached at brian@brianlem.com
