I test it quite often.
Not to test it but because without awareness I can slip into the not so great feelings and stay there.
Going back to Law of Attraction theory...or in hypnotherapy, the Law of Dominant Effect, what we feel is what persists, automatically. Positive or Negative. Happy or Sad.
Sometimes I need to go thru a 'tough patch' to get it and evolve a little more; what life is about-evolving, always heading in the upward direction.
In those learnings, I realize ways I can help you even more, or even better.
You may have heard me remind you: What are you thinking? What are you feeling?
Having that awareness many times a day helps you to recognize where you are and what you are feeling and then choose something else.
BUT! Most of us (me) don't stick with it for very long and eventually find people like us who will corroborate with us so we will justified. Whew!
In a hypnotic state the FEELING we want can be EXAGGERATED therefore can be the new Dominant Effect feeling and being.
