Native plants are a passion of mine. It began about 20 years ago after visiting the Butchart Gardens in Victoria, BC. Even though the gardens were filled with beautiful blooming flowers, they were all mass plantings of flowers I could see in any garden in the US.

We'll hold a video chat that you can join through a browser on your computer or even your phone. On the call, we'll introduce ourselves and show you pictures and details about our community plans at Ralston Creek. Norbert Klebl
I have had the great fortune to bring together my passion for sustainability and community with my skills as a businessperson and an engineer. I worked in international business for 25 years. Then I began to design low-impact housing developments, starting with a resort in Western Samoa.

I followed my son to Colorado nearly 20 years ago, and I love the outdoors opportunities to bike, hike, and ski. I have been contributing technology to co-housing and single family developments in Colorado for the last 15 years. The Geos Neighborhood in Arvada is my vision of a Smart Living Community thriving sustainably, with healthy homes and residents.
Having grown up in Austria, I value a close-knit community, where everyone walks to friends, family, and services. Ralston Creek CoHousing already feels like home. We members embrace sustainability, walkability, and community. We design for the greater good, and each of its part's shines.

Summer is Heating Up in Arvada!

There is always something to do in Arvada: food and music festivals, Historic Old Towne, Famers' Market, the list is endless. But one event caught our attention and we wanted to share it with you.
"The Wall That Heals", Vietnam Veterans Memorial National Exhibit, will be in Arvada June 20-23 at the Faith Bible Chapel. For more information, click either logo on the right.

Ralston Creek CoHousers have a two-step process to membership.
- Come to some events and get to know us. If you are interested you can become an Explorer.
- As an Explorer you will be invited to join us for meetings, social events, and one-on-one conversations, all with the goal of you getting to know us, getting all your questions answered, and allowing us to get to know you.
- If you are interested in moving forward to Full Membership we can tell you more about it.
