2023 Assessments


The assessment statements were mailed on December 1. If you do not receive your statement by January 1 please contact our office.


You may access your account 24/7 through the owner's web portal to view your account, sign up for e-statements, update your contact information, and more. You may also pay your assessments via the community app, this will earn you loyalty points.

Did you know??


Per the Design Guidelines (n), "lighting shall remain in the on position during evening hours." This includes exterior lighting such as the porch area.

YOU CAN HELP FIGHT CRIME...

with a few simple steps!


  1. Help light up the street with porch lighting turned on at dusk.
  2. Check the exterior of your home for dark areas that may need attention for additional lighting such as motion sensors.
  3. Report any street light outage. (Below is the link to report any street outage)


So remember, light up those porches and that not all crime fighters wear costumes!!

Don't Forget to RSVP!


The last day to RSVP for Breakfast with Santa is this Wednesday, December 14.


Food and drinks will be provided by Brass Tap, which will include the following:


  1. Mini burritos
  2. French Toast in a cup
  3. Fruit cup
  4. Quiche breakfast bites
  5. Milk and juice. Coffee will also be available
  6. Mimosas for sale. $7.50 per glass, flavors are Orange, Pineapple or Cranberry


Photos with Santa will be taken and face painting. Letters to Santa will be provided (if you would like to pick up a letter to Santa prior to the event, please stop by the Welcome Center) First 50 kids will receive a special mug, with hot cocoa, mini marshmallows and a peppermint spoon (pictured below). The first 100 families will receive a special trinket. Goodie bags will be handed out by Santa.


(All items are while supplies last)


Register to win a coloring log cabin playhouse (pictured below) with markers. You do not need to be present to win. The drawing will be held on Monday after the event and will be notified by email.
