2024-27 Strategic Plan

Thank you to those who contributed comments and suggestions to our request for feedback survey. We appreciate your interest and participation in the library's future planning! All suggestions were reviewed and addressed, revealing the top five service goals for our 2024-27 Strategic Plan:



  1. Expand Outreach to the Communities
  2. Create a Comfortable Place: Physical and Virtual Spaces
  3. Market the Library
  4. Enhance Library Collections
  5. Support and Retain Staff

Pay your fines in cans! For every nonexpired canned item you bring it will count $1.00 towards your overdue fines! Donations will go to Helping Hand Food Pantry here in Romulus!

Bring your little ones to a special story just for them! Stories, songs and lap activities are geared towards children ages 0 to 24 months and their parents and caregivers.

Kids Crafting Club

Unleash your creativity with all the craft supplies the Library has to offer! The event is for kids ages 0 to 17.

Toddler Story Time

Wednesdays, April 2, 9, 16, 23 and 30

10:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

Toddlers and parents are invited to join us Wednesday mornings for stories and crafts with Miss Tee! Event is for children ages 0 to 4.

Join us for a Murder Mystery Party. Participants will draw a character card. We will all socialize when suddenly a murder occurs. Can you find the murderer/murderers? Guests will question each other, their motives, and try to find the murderer/murderers before time runs out. The group will vote on who they think the murderer/murderers are, the game will keep going until only a few remain. If the group decides they have all the murderers they can end the game. If the murderer remains they win! No registration required and the event is for ages 18+
