Omega Main Tent Orientations
On September 27th,, 1,760 participants gathered in the Main Hall (enormous tent) in a huge grassy meadow on the Omega Institute campus, ready to meet John of God. For the next 3 days, 2 sessions each day, participants dressed in white, presented themselves for healing of body, mind and spirit. Some had tickets for all 3 days, some came for just one or two days, so then others came to attend day 2 and/or day 3.
It was with great joy that we again were host and hostess on the stage in the Main Tent working at the eighth Omega John of God event. The Fall weather was crisp and so comfortable with a light breeze. The leaves had just begun to turn beautiful colors. The Omega campus is gorgeous with rolling hills of green grass with small cabins for lodging throughout.
At the beginning of each session, Heather Cumming, the event organizer, along with different members of John of God's Brazilian support team came onto the stage to lead us all in opening prayers. Each member of John of God's Brazilian team took turns addressing the crowd and giving testimonials and words of encouragement.
We did our orientation from the stage until the lines were being called. Then I (Diana) led them in a silent time of meditation with just a bit of guided visualization and prayer until the end of each session. My beloved, Bob and Omega's Carol Donahoe gave the Post-Intervention instructions in another tent behind the huge Main Tent. Every morning the people received a special blessing and in the afternoon all those people were scheduled by the Entity for an Intervention.
Everything was organized very well for grace and ease for all attending. The Omega staff, led by CEO, Skip Backus, is expert in their kind and generous service for all. The Omega campus is a perfect venue for this massive spiritual event.

As many who have come to the Casa know, the Entities often alter the post intervention instructions, which makes it essential that
all guides and visitors, new and returning,
check with the people doing the official Casa orientations every time they have an intervention to see what changes and supplemental instructions have been made.
Because the current room energies and work is very powerful, it is strongly suggested that
you sit only in the first current room
- the "Mediums Current" -
for the first session after your 24 hour "keep away time" following any intervention, even if you have permission and normally sit in a different room.

~What is a Novena?~

A novena is a series of prayers that are said for 9 straight days, usually as a prayer of petition but sometimes as a prayer of thanksgiving.
It is a formulated prayer that uses a script to vocalize the thoughts, feelings and needs we have that perhaps we may not be
able to
convey on our own.
A particular Saint can be invoked to bring our intentions before
the throne of God.
Each of the days we can reflect on the life of the Saint and
meditate on their trails.
A Novena can be said anytime and seems to be most effective
when said on the specific dates designated.
It can be a collective consciousness asking the Divine Power for help.
We unite ourselves to the will of God and by concentration on special intentions for 9 days we are placing prayer in a high place of importance. We trust in God to calm us, uplift us and provide us with
confidence, comfort and peace.
The word novena means 9 in Latin
The number "nine" has a great symbolic richness.
On the one hand, it is derived from the Trinity and Divine number "three" - being "three times three".
In the Christian tradition Saint Paul enumerates nine fruits of the Spirit: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, trustfulness, gentleness, and self-control.
It's the number of the hierarchy, represented by nine
choruses of the Angels.
Often the Entity when he is doing physical interventions often says I am working on 9 places in the body.
The Catholic Church explains the Novena in this way .....
Before Christ ascended into heaven, he commanded his Apostles to remain in the city of Jerusalem for the nine days until the feast of Pentecost, and there to await the descent of the Holy Spirit. With this, our Savior instituted the practice of the Christian Novena - nine days of prayer, especially in preparation for a solemn feast or in
petition for
some special grace.
Christ Jesus commanded this first novena both as a period of preparation (since the feast of Pentecost was approaching) and also as an act of petition (for the Apostles, together with Mary, were pleading for the
Holy Spirit to come as their Advocate).
Whatever our beliefs we can ask the Divine power for help any time
and the Novena is a good place to start.

The Casa Current
Beyond Words

The Casa Current is a flow of the energy from Entities, from The Divine. These Entities, as we call them, come as "agents" of God, as Rays of His Light - His Presence.
At the Casa, The Current is vital for John of God's work. We all make the Current. It is important to understand that we don't channel the energy, the Entities channel this energy from God, and we surrender to it and receive it. To understand it deeper, we can think of an electrical current in a household. The current is there, but in order to use it we need to provide a
wire
for it to flow and a
receiver
so it can be received. The wire holds specific condition for this current to flow safely and to be received with no harm. When received and processed by devices powered by electricity we can see, hear and enjoy its effects.
At The Casa, sitting in The Current room we become this wire. All we have to do is to sit with our eyes closed and arms and legs uncrossed and "plug in" to this FLOW of ENERGY.
The Entities provide for us, we may say - a "universal adapter". Their soft, yet highly centered presence enables us to connect with Pure Divine Light flowing around. The profound connection we establish and hold steady with Them - becomes this adapter for us.
Once connected to Entities - it's easy for us to "find" Current of The Casa and "plug in" to this ever present Divine Flow - wherever we are in the world.
The Current is like a river, we provide the "banks for this river", the wider the banks- the bigger, the stronger its flow. There is a difference between a creek and the river. Simple and easy to discern.
For - The Current of The Casa really is
A FLOW of the LIVING LIGHT, the River of Life.
It is - Always - Active -and- Alive.
And when we sit in this Divine Flow it repairs us on cellular level. We are the wire for this Current and we are the receivers. We assist one another by providing basis for this flow and we receive its benefits. The effects can be seen, can be heard and enjoyed by us and by those around us. When people gather in prayer it is very powerful, everyone knows that. Here, in the House of St Ignatius there are few hundred people who sit in quiet meditation, creating the strong Current necessary for the work to go on. We say at The Casa that "everything happens in the Current" and it is quite difficult to explain it if one never sat in Current, because Divine feeling can only be felt - it cannot be described with words.
I can only tell you that it is beautiful and it is profound - questions are answered, all is forgiven, SO much is received.
Experiences echo in vibration of Casa, softly felt and spoken by people -The current...
Inner-dimensional meetings with loved ones who passed on, spontaneous spiritual interventions...we are never the same... and as we the receivers - the earthly devices powered by Divine Love, go into the world - lasting effects of The Current of Casa can be enjoyed immediately and in the days and years to come.
The Current is beyond words.

First of all I would like to thank all of the friends of the Casa de Dom Inácio de Loyola who participated in supporting the 8th John of God Event at The Omega Holistic Center in Rhinebeck New York. Your love, dedication and support were invaluable and absolutely profoundly assisted to power up the energy field for the Evolved Entities of Light, who work with and around John of God to perform their extraordinary work for the equilibrium, healing and well being of all who attend. Immense gratitude to
each and everyone who participated.
Skip Backus, CEO of Omega and his team prepared the campus and devoted their time and attention to create the perfect flow
and compassionate assistance to all who arrived.
Thank you and congratulations on every level.
Medium Joao, his wife Ana and wee Mariana felt at home once again at Omega. Medium Joao felt this was the best event at Omega and was very pleased. I felt that the depth of focus and willingness of participants to go ever deeper in the spiritual work was profound. Endless thanks and praise to Diana Rose and Bob Dinga for dedicated service, patience and clarity with the orientation on the main stage and post-intervention tent.
We are back in Abadiânia safe and sound and... a wee bit sleepy. Today a very full house at the Casa. The new granite floors as well as the blessing room/intervention room expansion are exquisite. So much more room and the floors throughout the current rooms are beautiful. This weekend the polishing of the granite will be complete. Big double doors make the exits so
much smoother and swifter.
I very much wanted to give a gift to the Casa and the "new expansion." I have delightedly chosen new air-conditioning system as the gift which will cool all the rooms. I feel this will be enjoyed and assist in a comfortable ambiance for all in the current and for those passing in line. No more issues with rickety fans. The air-conditioning will be up and running by the end of the month.

Quiet Time at the Casa
while John of God
visited the USA

Abadiania is always very tranquil when Medium is away.
A hugely successful Omega event, in the USA attended by John of God, was a great opportunity to do the necessary renovations at the Casa, with new floors throughout the Current rooms and a bigger Intervention room. Current was held as normal, mornings and afternoons,
Wednesday Thursday and Friday with
approx 120 attending each session .
The first Current held in the Main Hall was difficult, with lots of construction noise and the decision to hold the rest of the work on the overlook balcony was a good one .
Small numbers came for treatment not realising Medium Joao was away. Filing through the outside current
they
all received a blessing .
There were quite a few reports of spontaneous interventions and the high energy of this work was very powerful.
We had all weathers, thunder, rain, sun, cool breezes, with plenty of singing birds, a few barking dogs;
a symphony of Mother Nature.
Sending as much energy as we could to Medium Joao while he was in the USA doing the Omega Event, we gave and received in gratitude to be able to serve in this way.

Casa Featured Guide
Maria Sawade
At a time, Maria was sick herself and had violent and frequent migraine attacks. With the help of an alternative migraine therapy and her work with John of God, she was able to recover from this disease. Her diet has changed to a natural diet. Maria's allergies - one of the causes of migraines are mostly cured, the basic energy - the milk - has been cured by John of God and so She says, "I feel healthier and more energetic today than at a young age"
Maria graduated as a nutrition consultant in 2005 and because of her illness she learned several alternative therapy approaches. She is a Reiki lMaster and I has been trained in astrology. Maria has found many insights about the laws of life.
In 2003 an employment-related termination changed her life quite a bit and forced her again to the search
out new ways.
This road took her to Abadiânia and the Casa de Dom Ignacio. There, in June 2009, She received official permission from John of God to be a Casa Guide. Since that time Maria has been a travel companion to the Casa in Brazil, bringing groups of 10 to 15 people every 2 months.
Maria speaks German, English, and some Brazilian Portuguese. She says," I want the people in my groups to understand the Love and compassion which we find at the Casa and I try to help each one to
feel this Love their hearts.

Casa Healing Testimonials

There are two new projects being undertaken at the Casa using healing testimonials. These personal stories are very important for new people coming to the Casa. The first journey to Abadiania can be an extremely anxious one, many often arriving with serious health issues and the Casa is their last hope. The Casa is unique, a place and a process like no other. Often first timers are impatient and want instant results. Reading testimonials by other people is extremely important. Its inspiring for people to learn of others experiences
in Abadiania. For most, the healing is a step by step
process over extended periods of time or with many visits,
to achieve a final healing. Sometimes a person will get their healing as an instant cure. People who have had cures can help new people
coming to the Casa to provide inspiration and
hope and direction for the newcomers.
In the last month , I have met people cured of cancer, HIV, MS, and I have talked with a couple of people who have
walked out of wheelchairs.
Heather Cumming, long time Casa Guide and John of God's trusted translator, is now writing a second book on Casa Healing testimonials. Wagner is a lawyer who volunteers in the Entities current and also works in orientations. He was asked by the Entity to create a DVD. Wagner asked me to help him find testimonials from the foreigners as I work with visitors in orientation. Wagner's DVDs and Heathers book of testimonials will be available in the Casa bookstore upon completion for the people to purchase. Gabby's Story:
Gabby was walking down the waterfall road to water the garden of the green house, when a wave of energy knocked her over. It completely broke her upper arm in a very complicated break. The Dr's x-rayed it and put her in a big body cast and told her she would need a specialist specialist due to the complication of the break. On Wed she went to the Entity in line. She noticed no big effects from this. Then she went back to the hospital and they x-rayed her again to check. The Dr was astonished because it was 100% healed, no sign of a line on the bone that normally happens after a bone break. The Dr was so astounded he kept checking if she was the right patient. A real act of God.
Linda's Story:
Wagner and I were extremely privileged to get the testimonial of Linda a South African girl who was hit by a car and told she would never walk again. She came here had
one intervention and walked. She since had another intervention and felt work on her cancer. Her story is inspiring , special and causes people to cry. I consider myself lucky to have met Linda. For most people healing is a process, but for some it is an instant cure.
Since this time Linda has written to share that she also had tests which proved she has no trace of cancer or Addison's disease. She received a very special healing during her trip. I encouraged Linda to return to see if the root cause or spiritual reasons for her illness were healed. She came for a second trip, had more treatment directed by Medium Joao . Finally Linda was told her healing was complete by the Entity with Heather translating. Linda was very ill and in bed for 2 years so now she has the challenge of getting her body working again, muscles, joints and heart, and adjusting to this extraordinary work to see what is next for her in her life.. I'm so happy for her and it was a privilege for us volunteers to see her healing unfold. Miracles do happen at the Casa de Dom Inacio, which we cant explain or find sufficient words to describe.
After Linda's testimonial she had one wish, to get a photo with Medium Joao. I mentioned this to my colleagues, who thought it would be impossible, as it was Medium Joao's birthday and is one of the busiest days at the Casa. I said to Linda we will try.....We waited for Medium Joao outside his office for 4 hours, and Linda almost gave up, but I insisted we should try and achieve her wish.
Finally at the end of the Casa work on Friday, all the people came out and John of God was congratulated on his birthday in current, then he appeared and there was a huge crowd around him with police and bodyguards outside the reception area. I thought how is this going to happen. After some time the crowd thinned. Medium Joao was on his cell phone in the middle of the throng. I went to the edge and waited with Linda beside me on her crutches, the wheelchair parked behind us. Those of us who work here know frustration of crowds . Then when Medium Joao finished his call, all of a sudden the crowd parted, like dividing of the Red Sea (ENTITY DIRECTION I AM SURE) quite miraculous in fact.

John of God Casa Crystal Beds
Around the World
Those of you who have been to the Casa will be familiar with the Crystal bed - the Entity regularly 'prescribes' sessions on the bed to help supplement the healing process. There are twelve, plus, crystal beds located in buildings adjacent to the main Casa building. Each bed has 7 quartz crystals suspended above the bed which align with and correspond to, the 7 chakras of the human body. A session consists of lying on the bed for approximately 20 minutes, or more, while listening to soothing music. The crystals radiate color to the respective chakras to cleanse them and to balance their energies. The Entity may prescribe crystal-bed therapy for you, or you may choose to have a therapeutic session on your own.
On our website, we provide a list of individuals who were given special permission from the Entity to purchase one of these crystal beds, thereby enabling them to offer these unique treatment sessions all around the world.
