Pastor's Thought of The Week

Philippians 4:11 states: Not that I speak in respect of want: for I have learned, in whatsoever state I am, therewith to be content.

Contentment isn’t getting what we want but being satisfied with what we have. So often we miss the blessing and the lesson we need to learn because we spend all of our time complaining about where we are and what we’re going through.

The basketball skills sessions will cover the fundamentals of five areas: 

1. Shooting
2. Dribbling
3. Passing
4. Defensive 
5. Agility (footwork)

Please bring a basketball & water bottle to all sessions. 

Registration is required.

On Sunday, August 6th at 3pm the Children and Youth Choir will perform the National Anthem at the WNBA Dallas Wings home game.

Tickets to the game are available at a special Friendship group rate of $28. The group rate will end on July 7th.
