Greetings!
We have reached the end of the frog monitoring season! I hope you enjoyed your time out in the field this year. This year was marked by dry weather, variable temperatures and poor air quality. We also had some volunteers take up the new Landscape app for their monitoring. It has made for an interesting monitoring season with new challenges. I look forward to reviewing the data that you all have submitted.
Quinlan and Carsten have been working hard to manage the data that has come in already.
Here is what we have received so far:
- All 3 reports submitted - 7 teams
- 2 reports - 7 teams
- 1 report - 6 teams
- 0 reports - 6 teams
Over the next weeks, I will be reaching out to volunteers to ensure that we have all of your reports. I know a few of you have reached out to me to discuss your data/participation already.
I invite you to join an optional Zoom chat this Friday to reflect on this years monitoring experiences. Read through this newsletter for more information about the Zoom chat, upcoming events, notes from the field, and more.
Thank you for your time and dedication, this program would not be possible without the help of wonderful volunteers like you!
