Join Victoria from Soul Stones Studio to create your own natural mandala stone.

This workshop will introduce you to the healing qualities of the mandala using the dotting art technique. This is a unique experience, a relaxing journey – and a practice in creative mindfulness. Also super fun!

Mandalas have a long, beautiful history and are recognized for their deep spiritual meaning. They are a representation of our inner reflection and our connection to the universe, the circles of the sun, moon, earth … and family, friends and community.

Our workshop begins and ends in a circle of connection wholeness and unity. A guided chakra meditation will allow you to energetically connect deeply within and help to guide your colour choices and intention for your unique soul stone.

No experience is required! All materials are supplied and you will take home a beautiful and meaningful natural mandala stone.

You are invited to take an hour for yourself, and let the sounds of gongs, singing bowls, ocean drum, rainstick (and more) take you on a restorative journey towards greater health.

Arrive in comfortable clothes. Bring your own pillow(s). Choose a yoga mat, blanket and bolster from our studio selection (or bring your own cushy mat and blanket if you prefer). Then just lie back, relax and enjoy being bathed in the sound!

Yoga Teacher Trainings

You will Learn:

  • How to measure a ball for a student;
  • How to practice Hatha yoga postures on the ball;
  • How to know when a student is ready or not ready for a pose;
  • Variations of the same posture for accessibility;
  • How the ball gives you the support to work on a more challenging pose;
  • Sequences for a beginner and intermediate class; and
  • And how to make it a whole lot of fun.

You will feel confident in offering beginner and intermediate Yoga on the Ball classes to: 

  • Improve balance;
  • Increase flexibility;
  • Improve mindfulness; and
  • Strengthen the core.
