Right now we have record high prices and record low inventory with mortgage rates spiking in the last 30 days from 3.7% to 5%.
And, inflation just clocked in at 8.5% as the highest in 40 years.
We are starting to see a different tone in the market from
not only buyers, but also sellers. We have a lot more interested sellers than we had a month ago.
