Good morning !

Success is never a solo effort. It’s the result of people coming together with a shared purpose and a commitment to see others do well. When resources, opportunity, and determination meet, lives change.

Raychel is living proof of that.

While participating in our vocational training program, she discovered a passion for industrial automation through Electricity I, a course taught on-site by instructors from Northwest State Community College. Her focus, talent, and drive were impossible to miss, and that spark has now grown into a bold next step, pursuing a full certificate in automation maintenance.

Thanks to the partnership between The Ridge Project, NSCC, and the WORTH Center, along with generous support from the Advanced Manufacturing Consortium (AMC) Foundation, Raychel received a full scholarship covering tuition and books, plus an additional $1,000 bonus scholarship to support her during her first semester.

Her story captures exactly what our vocational program is designed to do: equip residents with in-demand skills, recognized certifications, and the confidence to step into the workforce ready to contribute from day one. In just a few months, we help residents like Raychel earn credentials in trades such as HVAC, electrical, welding, and more. Preparing them for high-quality jobs and a stable future.

We’re proud of Raychel’s commitment and can’t wait to see where her journey leads. And to our partners, thank you for making it possible to walk alongside our residents, break down barriers, and turn potential into possibility.

When organizations unite around a shared mission, communities are strengthened, opportunities expand, and more stories like Raychel’s are written.
