At the 2025 Annual Conference & Expo, we unveiled IC3 @10, celebrating a decade of purpose, progress, and community. Since 2016, IC3 has grown from 285 participants at our first Annual Conference to more than 6,000 educators, universities, and organizations in 2025, touching millions of student lives across the globe.
The past ten years have been defined by one shared belief: that counseling changes education, and education changes lives. Together, we have built a global community committed to ensuring that every child, everywhere, has access to purpose-driven guidance.
As we step into the next decade, IC3 continues to evolve with new initiatives designed to deepen impact, expand access, and sustain engagement with educators, students, and institutions worldwide.

As we celebrate ten years of IC3, we are excited to announce the IC3 Regional Conference – South Asia. Designed as an immersive back-to-school experience, this two-day program will bring together principals, counselors, teachers, and faculty from leading schools and universities.
Hosted at O.P. Jindal Global University (JGU), the conference will feature curated sessions on counseling, education, and industry alignment, along with meaningful opportunities for connection and collaboration. Beyond the learning, the program integrates a holistic approach to well-being with guided meditation and reflective activities, ensuring participants leave with both insights and renewal.
With the theme “Looking Deeply – From Information to Insight,” the 2026 Regional Conference will explore how educators and counselors can go beyond providing knowledge to nurturing reflection, discernment, and purpose. Sessions, workshops, and dialogue will focus on bridging education and industry while emphasizing well-being through guided practices and collaborative engagement.
