Recently you received a Strategic Plan Survey. The results were presented to the Board of Directors at the Winter meeting. Several members suggested the survey be resent with a slightly different format.

This new format will help us weigh the importance of different areas within PBA so we can make plans to better serve you.

If you previously completed the survey, please do so again by clicking the button below. This should not take you more than three to five minutes.

Just a reminder that this is a step to gather your input so that PBA can create a three-year strategic plan. The only way to meet your needs is to ask what they are. So, that's why you are receiving this email.
