Bible Blast
Do you remember receiving your first Bible? We’re excited to present Bibles to our 3rd and 4th graders at the 9:30 am worship service, and launch them on their journey of exploration at the Bible Blast immediately after the presentation. Congratulations to all our Bible recipients.
Pastor's Message

  Dear Friend in Faith,

I always appreciate how the Bible speaks to the large issues in our lives. When we have been through tumultuous times, both personally, or as a society, I’m grateful for the kind of words we’ll read this Sunday in church:

Be at peace among yourselves. “And we urge you, beloved, to admonish the idlers, encourage the fainthearted, help the weak, be patient with all of them. See that none of you repays evil for evil, but always seek to do good to one another and to all. Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.” (I Thessalonians 5: 13-18).

I would always want to live this way and be sure my relationships with my family, friends and church would embody this kind of wisdom. Have you felt upset this week? Has life come crashing down on you in some way? Are you wondering where God is working in your life or in our world? Aspire to do good. Pray often. Give thanks, even in hard ...
