I spent the summer reimagining and revisioning. What began as four core coach development offerings has now grown into 26 opportunities to connect, learn, and lead.
Why the expansion? Because coaching—and the leaders who practice it—are evolving. Organizations need more than skill-building; they need spaces for connection, renewal, and embodied leadership. Over these past months, I listened closely to what our members, clients, and partners were asking for. The result is a Global IOC ecosystem that meets people where they are, with multiple entry points: from masterclasses and assessments, to sprints and labs, to advanced credentials and faculty-led experiences.
This isn’t just more programs. It’s a more layered pathway for growth. Whether you are an emerging leader learning to coach, a seasoned practitioner seeking advanced credentials, or an organization embedding coaching into culture, you’ll find a door that fits.
It also feels like the right moment to share exciting news on the publishing front. My book Detach from Drama will be available in stores by the end of September, followed quickly by Sustaining Impact: From Insight to Embodiment at the end of October. The trilogy will be complete in early January with the release of The Leadership ARC, A book that equips leaders to grow from the inside out, create cultures where people thrive, and shape systems that are resilient, responsive, and future-ready.
It feels like a milestone—one I never imagined when we launched with just four offerings in 2018. And yet, it also feels like a beginning. Because Global IOC has never been about programs or books alone. It’s about creating a movement of leaders and coaches who embody the impact they seek to sustain.
As I look at the months ahead, I’m both grounded and energized. The vision is clear: Global IOC is not just keeping pace with change, but helping shape it. And I can’t wait to see where this next chapter takes us—together.
