Simple Batchers









The MINI-Batcher and BATCHtrol II are flow batch controllers with LED displays showing rate and total. Two relay outputs are provided for 2-stage batch control.
Advanced Batch Controllers







The SUPERtrol I series and LDB (Large Display Batcher) offer advanced batching features to increase batch control accuracy. The bright OLED display on the ST1 series and Large LCD display on the LDB allow for easy viewing from a distance. These batchers also offer RS232 & RS485 with Modbus RTU protocol.
Custom Batch Control Systems






KEP offers custom batch control solutions for applications requiring multiple preset batch quantities. An easy to use and custom interface is provided using one of our touchscreen O/I displays which are connected to a KEP flow batch controller and are all mounted in a single NEMA wall mount enclosure. Other custom systems include a panel mount printer for receipt printing in custody transfer applications.
Enclosures


We offer many types of NEMA4X and Explosion Proof Enclosures. Many options are available including custom enclosures to provide a complete system. These systems can include one or more flow computers with additional accessory items installed internally. Panel mount printers can also be installed for POS ticket printing.
