RE: #faiths4climate

Two weeks before global climate negotiations, people of diverse religions will rise to send a message: destroying the planet is against our faith. We want every congregation to consider holding a public witness on Sunday, October 17th. The place and time is up to you. Gather ecumenical partners, if you can. The power of this global event is in numbers, so please register your event on the GreenFaith website: https://greenfaith.org/faiths4climatejustice/ You'll find lots of resources for social media.
Hashtag #faiths4climate
Find prayers, litanies and more on the "Pray" page for Creation Season. Pray, sing, make signs and let your community see people of all faiths for climate justice. Bishop Fisher and the Rev. Dr. Margaret Bullitt-Jonas will be joining one of our events, so please don't forget to register yours here.
