Greetings!

Whew. It seems like I've been going 24/7 since the announcement of my book Say It To Make It: Affirmations to Empower Your Heart, Mind, Spirit and Soul last week, but better late than never with this week's PGG ;) Thanks to everyone who sent congratulations and bought a copy!

(In case you missed it, you can learn more by visiting the book's website here, and check out the reviews and purchase on Amazon here).

Since I pushed this baby out into the world, I now have to care for the newborn and share it with as many people as possible, which (besides the vulnerability) takes even more creative juices and energy on top of what was used in the 12+ months of gestating and labor! Like I mentioned in my essay about its creation, I forgot how much this all entails, and the last time around Instagram did not exist ...

I've been posting a lot there, and if you'd like to get a good sense of the project, watch this video where one of my readers (and longtime clients) talks about how Say It To Make It (SITMI) is really more of a powerful tool and something that you interact with on a daily basis. And that it "may be small, but it's mighty."

Which leads me to this PGG, on Earth Day... This process has given me a whole new appreciation for the act of creation in general, including for the mother we all share, this planet Earth. I salute and honor you, Mama Gaia, for your ability to unceasingly provide - with much perseverance despite humanity's past disrespect - whatever we need in the most beautiful, unusual and spectacular ways. And in particular, wanted to show gratitude for the gift of the guardians and masters on your surface we can all learn from - your trees.

Today's PGG Video of the Week is my video about how "the acorn does not become and oak tree overnight." This week's Instagram post is from a year ago talking about how "trees are the truth." And for today's PGG Vibe of the Week, shake it out to Rusted Root's Back to the Earth.

Lastly, THANK YOU for being here and for being part of my community! If any of my essays, coaching, talks, videos or posts have helped you along your career/life journey, here are a few ways you can show your appreciation and support my work:

And as always, please feel free to contact me with any comments about anything.
