I hope you read the message from our Chief of Staff & Human Resources Kim Grove on Friday announcing the new Employee Ambassador Council. I am excited about the opportunity to revitalize this program and gain important insights from our valued employees as we set the course for Capital Caring Health’s next 45 years of caring for the community.
To help ensure the success of this effort, we need team members from every discipline, every region, and every length of tenure. We want to have an Employee Ambassador Council that truly reflects our diverse and outstanding team. To achieve this goal, we need your help!
Please take a few minutes and nominate yourself or other members of your team who would be mission-oriented Ambassadors. Who do you know that always puts our patients and families first and is always committed to doing the right thing? We want to hear from you and know that it is through your help we will identify a fantastic group of Ambassadors who will be key partners in improving communication, guiding our employee appreciation efforts, and addressing challenges as they arise.
