The 128CM Memorial Student Golf Tournament Auction continues with our third featured item, and it’s one you won’t want to miss.

Introducing ‘Pam’egranate Jelly, a one-of-a-kind, small-batch jelly made from pomegranates grown on Jim & Annette Fishback’s tree in Mentone, California. Each fruit was handpicked, hand-seeded, and lovingly prepared in the Cotton Kitchen, creating a truly special fall 2025 harvest.

This auction item includes six 1/2 pints of homemade ‘Pam’egranate Jelly, carefully jarred and canned for freshness using just five simple ingredients: pomegranates, water, sugar, lemon juice, and Certo. The result is a rich, tangy-sweet jelly that’s perfect on toast, paired with desserts, or gifted for the holidays.

As always, 100% of auction proceeds directly support student scholarships through the 128CM Memorial Foundation, turning a delicious treat into meaningful impact.

⏰ Bidding closes December 19th at 4PM, so be sure to place your bid soon and help us continue supporting future students.
