Dear TEC Family,
God is doing amazing things in our midst at Central Minnesota TEC. This month we celebrate our 45th anniversary of TEC retreats. That’s 637 TEC retreat weekends and well over $41,000 people. Countless lives have been touched and spirits renewed by the work being done by so many in that old school building in Belle Prairie. Here are just a couple comments from letters received in the last couple months:
…I attended TEC out of curiosity. I saw such a profound difference in my daughter when she returned that I just had to give it a try myself. My goodness, what an incredible experience. I just wish I had done this years ago. -Lisa

This Christmas, as you review your shopping list and year-end giving opportunities, I ask that you consider making a financial gift to CM TEC. Your gift will ensure that others can continue to experience God’s love through this incredible TEC program, just like Lisa and Brian did. Your gift will change lives! Keeping TEC going and growing is critical this year as we continue to rebuild, after the Pandemic brought us to a halt for 2 years.
Specifically, we need your support in building our scholarship fund for those that want to participate in TEC but struggle to cover the cost. We also need help raising funds for necessary boiler repairs, snow removal equipment, and kitchen upgrades. Most important, we need your financial support so that we can expand our marketing efforts so that we can attract more youth and adults to encounter Christ through our TEC program. Our appeal goal is $55,000. We have a donor prepared to match the first $10,000 donated. Let’s do this!

Consider spreading your gift over 12 months using our automatic contribution program. It’s simple, safe, and helps us out tremendously. Remember, your gift to CM TEC is tax-deductible.
I have one more favor to ask of you. I have enclosed a TEC Candidate Gift Certificate and am asking you to give it to someone with whom you would like to share TEC. Here’s the deal. You won’t be charged for the gift certificate until it is put to use. You determine the amount on the gift certificate and then give it away (the cost of a TEC weekend remains $95). Once it is used, I will send you an invoice for the amount on the certificate. No risk involved.
