Dear Democrats,

What a great week! Kamala Harris joined us Monday to kick-off Early Voting in Florida. And today, we were thrilled to host Barack Obama in Miami for an Early Vote rally and Senator Amy Klobuchar in Tampa! Democrats are turning out to Early Vote in droves, even in pouring rain in many areas. Never before have Democrats started with this large of a voter turnout lead - now we have to keep the push to maintain it!

The final presidential debate was Thursday, and Joe Biden once again showed he was the only one on that stage with the temperament, the experience, and actual plans to lead our country out of the crises we are facing today.

Florida Democrats are standing between Donald Trump and four more years in the White House. We must exercise that power and Get Out the Vote for Joe Biden and Kamala Harris, leaders we can trust to lead us out of these dark times and help us Build Back Better.

Thanks to all of your hard work, Florida Democrats have an unprecedented lead in voter turnout. But as Joe Biden says, "anything can happen in the final days of a campaign. You can't take your foot off the gas for even one second, or take a single vote for granted." Let's spend the next ten days making sure every single Democrat and ally has a plan to vote and follows through with their plan. Here's to a great final ten days!
Forward,
Terrie Rizzo
Chair
Florida Democratic Party
Voting Resources
Please ensure all of your volunteers are sharing these FDP and Coordinated Campaign voting resources:
DNC Chair Visiting Seminole County Sunday
Tomorrow DNC Chair Tom Perez will join Congresswoman Stephanie Murphy, FDP Chair Terrie Rizzo, and down-ballot candidates to kick off a Seminole County canvassing event. Then Chair Perez and Chair Rizzo visit Early Vote Sites.

Be on the lookout for updates on other VIP guests visiting between now and Election Day.
Vote by Mail and Early Vote Updates
Our Vote by Mail (VBM) enrollment margin continues to grow! As of Saturday, 2,712,753 Florida Democrats are enrolled in VBM compared to 1,894,519 Republicans, expanding our historic VBM enrollment lead to 818,234. And 1,610,564 Democrats have returned their ballots while only 1,041,525 Republicans have returned ballots. Combined with Early Voting turnout, Democrats have a turnout lead of 427,517!

As of now, please encourage anyone who has not already mailed back their Vote-by-Mail ballot to skip the mail and drop off their ballot at a secure SOE drop box or vote early in-person.

Important VBM dates:
  • November 3, 7 p.m. - SOE must receive completed ballots from stateside voters
  • November 5, 5 p.m. - deadline to cure ballots
  • November 13 - SOE must receive completed ballots from overseas voters

Keep up the great work on chasing ballots, educating new voters on voting options and how to successfully complete and return their VBM ballot, and turning out every allied voter.
Early Vote Site Teams
In order to make sure everyone is able to successfully cast their vote, the Coordinated Campaign is recruiting volunteers for on-site Early Vote Site Teams across the state!

Early Vote Site Team Volunteers help report line counts, flag voting issues, offer PPE and bottled water, and work to ensure every voter has the opportunity to cast their vote! Each volunteer will be assigned to an Early Vote site and will be asked to commit to certain days and times.

All volunteers need to attend one of the daily trainings to ensure Early Vote Site Teams are safe, socially distanced, and prepared! Sign up for a training here.
Voter Education
Nearly one million of Florida Democrats enrolled to Vote by Mail are new or infrequent voters, and we need your help getting voter education information to them! From now until Election Day, we will be pushing out voter education messages for you to share.

Please share across your social media channels this week's educational video on how to properly return mail ballots.
