Marriage/Couples MBTI Workshop
Kensington Compass Center
Tuesdays 6-7:30pm Jan. 29th, Feb. 5th, and Feb. 12th
Just in time for Valentines Day, we will be offering a 3 night workshop for couples using the MBTI (Myers-Briggs). Workshop participants will learn how their personality preferences lead to differences in communication and decision-making styles—and how they can "flex” those preferences to accommodate the styles of their partners and have healthier and happier relationships.
In this workshop you will:
Learn about your preferences and your partner’s preferences
Learn how to recognize when you are triggered and when your your partner is triggered, and strategies to remedy it
Learn a more intentional decision making and conflict resolution style
This workshop is Appropriate if:
You are beginning a relationship, and would like to create a strong foundation and avoid some of the frustrations you may have experienced in the past
You want to turn a good relationship into a great relationship!
You are in a difficult relationship and want to gain new skills to improve communication and conflict resolution
