Moving Forward

Happy May – I hope this finds you well. As with April, what a time this is. We are seeing the unfolding of “new” right in front of us – springtime, way of life, economy, etc. 

The two thoughts that I was having last month – curiosity and traction, not distraction – continue to be at the forefront of my thinking. You and I cannot do anything about the crisis other than how we lead and act during it. Being curious and gaining traction to get better continue to sound a whole lot more fun to me than fretting and be distracted in this crisis.

Curiosity and gaining traction have been a discussion at the forefront for KEA Advisors as well. The question of “what can we do for our customers in this environment” is always at the top of our agenda.   Continue reading...
