Governor Youngkin signed a package of "Beagle Bills" in April supporting animal welfare reform.

4,000 beagles that were bred and sold for experimental purposes at Envigo's Cumberland County facility will soon be moved to animal shelters and rescues by the Humane Society of the United States for adoption.
