Teen Dating Violence Awareness Month


When teens experience dating violence, it can affect their relationships for the rest of their lives. Governor Carney joined the Domestic Violence Coordinating Council (DVCC) and advocates to sign a proclamation in recognition of Teen Dating Violence Awareness Month.


Congratulations to Kellis and Lihlo, winners of the DVCC's Teen Dating Violence Awareness poster contest. All poster contest submissions will be on display at Legislative Hall through February 29th.

Investing Over $5 Million in the Wilmington Airport


$5.6 million in funding from the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law has been allocated to support improvements at the Wilmington Airport. This will allow the airport to be able to handle more than one flight at a time. It’s an investment that benefits Delaware residents and visitors by improving the experience they have at the airport, and may expand flight options for travelers throughout the region.
