From the Principal...
Dear St. Norbert School Families,

Thank you to all the parents who were able to join one of the two online Town Hall meetings that took place yesterday. It was heartening to see how well attended the Town Halls were, with 60+ in attendance for both sessions. It was a great testament to how connected we are as an SNS community. We very much appreciate the thoughtful questions that were provided to the Health & Safety Committee in advance, as well as those questions and comments that were shared during the meetings.

For those of you who were not able to attend, or for those who would like to review the information from the Town Hall, here are the links to the PowerPoint presentation (with updates for further clarity) and the Zoom video . Included is not only the preliminary planning information, but also all of the questions that have been received.

As discussed, the Health & Safety Committee will now work to develop the initial full draft of the Health & Safety Plan, which we intend to publish before the end of July for the school community to review and comment on before the plan is finalized. You are encouraged to continue to share questions, comments and ideas in the days ahead. The committee reviews and considers everything that is submitted.

One Request:  If you are already certain of your plan to have your child be in school or at home for instruction in the fall, please let Mrs. Hennessy know as soon as possible. It will help with space planning in each classroom. Please know, though, it is absolutely fine for now if you have not yet decided and are waiting for the full plan to be published and finalized.

Thank you again for the care and passion you show for your children, their classmates, and the teachers and staff here at SNS. We have received so many encouraging messages since the Town Halls and please know they are very much appreciated.

Please continue to keep St. Norbert School in your prayers in the days and weeks ahead!
