Dear Cathedral Community,
As we walk together through this Eastertide season—this time of resurrection, renewal, and surprising hope—I want to pause and reflect with you on where we are and where God may be leading us.
We are entering a holy season of discernment as we begin the call for our next Dean. This is not just a time of transition, but of transformation. What is God calling forth in this community? What might God be calling forth in the one who is preparing, even now, to walk among us as Dean? And what, too, is God calling forth in me?
These questions are not mine alone—they belong to all of us. We are doing this living, tender work together. And I believe the risen Christ meets us in it all: in our questions, in our courage, in our quiet hope.
So let us listen together—with open hearts and resurrection eyes.
Know that I love you. And know that Christ is already walking with us into what comes next.
