Lone Pine Capital Founder Stephen Mandel to Speak at Virtual Titan Series Event on 12/15
On Tuesday, December 15 at 4:30 p.m., Family Centers will welcome Lone Pine Capital Founder and Managing Director Stephen Mandel as the latest speaker in its popular Titan Series.

This virtual conversation will be moderated by Garrett Moran, Chair of the Governor's Workforce Council CT, and will focus on innovations and trends relating to the economy, education and charitable investing.

Fundraising for this event relies solely on sponsorship, as this virtual discussion will be available to the public at no charge. Pre-registration is required.
Free Drive-Through COVID-19 Tests Now Offered in Stamford

To help identify and contain the spread of COVID-19, Family Centers Health Care now offers FREE drive-through COVID-19 tests at the 60 Palmer's Hill Road location in Stamford.

Testing takes place every Monday-Friday from 10 a.m.- 2 p.m. Appointments are not needed, and tests are administered on a first-come, first-served basis.

Free COVID-19 tests are also offered each Tuesday from 4-6 p.m. and Wednesday from 9-10:30 a.m. at our health center located at 111 Wilbur Peck Court in Greenwich.
Spread Holiday Cheer to Families in Need

With many local families struggling to afford food, rent and other basic living necessities due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the upcoming holiday season has created an additional layer of financial stress.

Help Family Centers provide some holiday cheer by donating to our Annual Holiday Drive. Your support will allow us to purchase grocery store and retail gift cards for families most affected by COVID-19.

Literacy Volunteers' Virtual Writers' Cafe Set for 12/17

Join Literacy Volunteers on December 17 at 7 p.m. for its annual Writers' Cafe. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, this year's event will be held virtually via Zoom.

The Writers' Cafe is a celebration of Literacy Volunteers' students and the progress they've made on their journey to learn the English language. Throughout the evening, students will share stories, poems, essays and other original written compositions.

Literacy Volunteers offers FREE English language classes, which were attended by 630 adults last year.
