Shaping your Frontier Experience
Dear Leader,

I pray you are doing well and enjoying the blessings of the Lord. This has been a challenging year. We have all had to lead in difficult and changing times. I am pleased to announce to you, that at this time we are planning to conduct Frontier 2021 Winterfest.

You and your students health and well being is always a top priority of ours. Now, more than ever, we are raising the bar to ensure that we provide the cleanest and safest Frontier 2021 possible for you.

We all understand that Winterfest and group behavior has changed. Our services will be designed to provide your group the opportunity to worship in a monitored and safe environment.

This email contains the details for Frontier Winterfest. Please download these documents below and keep them close to help you with planning your experience. More updates and information will be posted via emails and our social media platforms.

I want to assure you that we are taking every precaution to provide a safe Frontier 2021. If at any time we deem it impossible to do so, we will notify you immediately and your payment will be returned.

What is Frontier?
Frontier Winterfest is a yearly conference for students dedicated to teaching, equipping, and empowering them to live out their highest potential, and to deepen their relationship with Christ. Our focus is worship, word, and having the best time of our lives.

How Much Does it Cost?
Early Bird $100 per person (ENDS December 2nd)
Standard $110 per person (ENDS January 4th)
Walk On Fee $125 per person (AFTER January 4th)
Per Session $45 per person
Does Registration Include Hotel Accommodations?
Hotel accommodations are not included with your registration. However, discounts are available at participating hotels. Ask for the "Winterfest Rate" when booking your rooms.

6:30pm - The Gathering - Youth Leaders Meeting
6:30pm - Pre-Service
7:00pm - Service

8:30am - Scheduled Arrival (Each group will have a designated time to arrive)
9:15am - Pre-Service
10:00am - The Gathering - Youth Leaders Meeting
10:00am - Service

What About Covid?
What are your health and symptoms guidelines?
As we host this event, the CDC has asked the we be cautious with screening symptoms. If you or anyone in your group are experiencing any of the symptoms below, including symptoms of allergies, or had contact with anyone confirmed to have COVID-19 (in the past 14 days prior to Frontier), we ask that you please stay home.

Please Stay Home if you have:
  • A fever of 100.0 above
  • Chills
  • Muscled and body aches
  • New loss of taste or smell
  • Nausea or vomiting
  • Diarrhea
  • Cough
  • Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
  • Fatigue
  • Headache
  • Sore Throat
  • Congestion or runny nose
  • Itchy or watery eyes
  • Sneezing

Will seating be different?
Prior to arriving at the stadium each leader will receive a communication with a designated time of arrival for your group. We ask that you only enter the arena at your allotted time. Each group will select a POD, (group seating of 20).

Will I be screened as I enter?
Each leader will be responsible to fill out the COVID Leaders Waiver, (attached below), and present it at registration in order to receive your groups wristbands. The screening for your group must take place before you leave for Frontier.

Are we required to wear face masks?
We ask that all in attendance wear masks at all times while in the buildings in accordance with Arlington regulations. You will be allowed to remove them if necessary at your seat.

Is Hand Sanitizer available?
All registrants and volunteers in attendance will be asked to use hand sanitizer upon entering. Sanitizing stations will be locating throughout the arena. The arena will be sanitized before and after each service.
