Welcome Frozen Gnome runners,

We are super busy here in Gnome land preparing for all the amazing runners!

Friday Packet pick up

Friends can pick up your packet.

Time: 6:00 to 7:40 am (it is a 5 minute walk to start line)

Race start (see map for location): 7:45 am

Packet Pickup location: Veteran Acres Rotary building.

Main Parking lot: most will park here.

Volunteer parking on Walkup- It will be blocked off for volunteers only.

Nature Center parking lot. to get to race start you need to go to the other side of pond.

Oakwood Lodge Parking lot- this one is hard to see. You turn into it from route 176.

Train Station- Be sure to look at map so you know how to get to starting area.

Do not park at the church. This may result in you getting towed and we don't want to see that.

Park responsibly. Do not block people in, or park in no parking zones. This will get you towed.

Important Information:

Race Results uploaded shortly after race is over: LINK

Pickup your finisher medal at finish line.

Overall and Age group awards: We pass out finisher awards as runners finish. You can check in with the timing tent to see if you won an age group or overall award before you leave.

Left behind age group awards can be shipped by paying for shipping. LINK

Drop bags: There will be a drop bag tarp near the start/finish line which is also an aid station.

A second location is near the heated bathroom on the map. You pass it on every loop. Look at map on email. This is a good place to put a change of clothes. You can drop off a bag there while walking to the start line.
