FuelExchange™, the energy industry merger & acquisition service of Gray, Gray & Gray, LLP, has announced that Santa Energy (Bridgeport, CT) has acquired Branchville Oil Co., Inc. (Ridgefield, CT). FuelExchange served as a consultant for Branchville Oil throughout the transaction, from initial valuation through final negotiations.
