Cubby Oil & Energy (Wilmington, MA) has acquired Mike & Sons Oil Service, Inc. (Ipswich, MA)
Jamie Oil Co., Inc. (Ashland, MA) has acquired Paul Flaherty Plumbing & Heating Co., Inc. (Framingham, MA)
