Charter Member Recruitment Progress

It is with great excitement that I share the news that Fulcrum achieved an important milestone this week with 75 Charter Members officially recruited.

Fulcrum continues to make progress each week with more Charter Members coming on board and new invitations being extended to remarkable nonprofit leaders.

There have been over 150 informational meetings completed and invitations extended. 50 leaders are considering their involvement and another 100 leaders are in the process of being contacted and scheduled.

Thank you to each of you that have made introductions to prospective Charter Members. To get to 200 Charter Members over the next few months, I will gladly receive your referrals, who will receive an invite to join as a Charter Member following an informational conversation with me.

Nonprofit Leader Day on July 1st

Unfortunately, there is not currently a Nonprofit Leader Day celebrated nationally here in the U.S. Fulcrum is interested in changing that by creating this unofficial holiday and celebration each year on July 1.

The rationale for the holiday is to celebrate the unique and special contributions of nonprofit leaders on our communities and society. If we can celebrate "International Joke Day," we can celebrate our nonprofit leaders which is no joke given their impact.

The rationale for July 1 is the reality that most nonprofits and their leaders will be celebrating the conclusion of a successful year of mission delivery and impact and will be gearing up for another year of reaching and exceeding goals and expectations.

Next Charter Member Virtual "Mixer" - Fri, June 14 at 10AM PT

Please join our next Fulcrum Charter Member "mixer" next Friday, June 14 at 10AM PT. This will be a 30-minute virtual gathering to hear remarks from Fulcrum Founder and CEO Chris Looney, introduce many Charter Members to each other, and explore key topics connected to nonprofit leadership. Congratulations to Charter Member Robert Santana on a Recent Honor

Fulcrum adds our congratulations to Robert Santana, CEO of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Orange County, for receiving the the Boys & Girls Clubs of America's 2024 Thomas G. Garth Character & Courage Award.

Charter Member Next Steps and Reminders

Here are a few key next steps and reminders for Charter Members.

Register and apply if you have not yet completed that step. Visit www.fulcrumleader.com/register/. You will be asked to set up your account and complete the application. As a Charter Member, you do not need to complete the references section. We appreciate the answers to the other questions as we will use that information to identify proper Core Group placement.
Format your own personal profile page with the images and the biographical information you desire to share. This step can be completed after you register/apply.
Follow Fulcrum Nonprofit Leadership on LinkedIn. The more followers we can gain, the easier it will be to reach the broader nonprofit world with our thought leadership.
Member agreements and will be sent in June. Within that process you will have the opportunity to elect to receive equity in Fulcrum or a lifetime of free membership.
