365 Nonprofit Leadership Truths
Fulcrum has initiated a daily post on LinkedIn called "365 Nonprofit Leadership Truths. We are 10 days in and looking forward to reaching 365 posts about the interesting realities of nonprofit leadership. The 10 truths we've posted thus far are:

#6 Nonprofit leaders manage more than just the bottom line. Nonprofit leaders also manage programs, impact, teams, culture, community, and so much more.
#7 People give to people and people are especially attracted and generous to strong nonprofit leaders.
#8 The nonprofit sector, while not perfect, carries itself to a higher standard of ethical behavior and integrity, and these organizations deserve our trust.
#9 Nonprofits are perpetually caught in a tidal wave of negative associations, born from so many bad actors in the for-profit and government sectors. Nonprofit leaders help restore, preserve, and elevate the trust Americans have in OUR nonprofit organizations.
#10 The best nonprofit leaders are agents of positive change and game changers.
