Dear Ministry Partner,

Resurrection Sunday has gone. Living a missional life is what we are called to do. The Lord is working in our hearts and leading us into vast lands where strange activities happen and mainly, they do not know your God. We love these people, so we want to reach them. We report to you as the apostles did, so that the church will understand and the hope of the Gospel will spread.

It is with fervor that we GO, but there is also a quiet patience. We look at the image above. Patience is like the train line enabling us to cover more territory in a rather short amount of time. As we GO quietly with patience, we ask you to GO also. This ministry is powered by God and we want you to be a part of it. Be the reason someone believes. Furthermore, we invite you to be the reason someone is strengthened.

Pakistan

To protect these believers from the persecution in this country, their names & locations are not disclosed.

The CCI curriculum of 10 courses is being used in each nation. Each person must have a course book. Many of the students in these countries are very poor and have barely enough money to make it through the day, to help provide for these poor students, click HERE.

New classes have begun in a new area. Having effective tools to teach the Word of God and train others is a game changer in Pakistan. They are getting in on it!

UAE

God has opened another door to minister among more people groups. We praise God that Pastor A could promote the CCI Ministry to Tamils.

Bangladesh

Pictured below is Pastor S teaching Course 9: Church History with 8 students. He also conducted a God’s Financial Principles seminar among 21 people. It was a blessed time, especially to have 2 students assist him in the training.

Pastor D is teaching Course 7: Church Ministry, Administration, and Education to 4 groups. This is the first church for the communities. By the grace of God, our Certified Trainer has planted 3 churches in 3 communities where he trains first generation Christians for God’s glory!

Testimony from Bangladesh

"I live with my parents and two sisters. I am studying in college. I didn't read any other books other than my class books. After some time, I joined the CCI training with others in my church. The more I progressed through the courses, the more enjoyment I got. My interest has grown so I apply what I am learning. I attended church from a young age but I didn't know much about the Bible. I lost interest in reading the Bible because I did not understand it. I didn't go to church regularly before, but now I do. Ever since I started CCI training, I have seen a change in myself. With training through the courses, I can more easily understand the Bible chapters. I read my Bible and I pray with my parents and sisters. I have gained a lot of courage. Now I do the Lord’s work. I have no problem with speaking in church. I love being involved. Pray for me, so that I can do God's work regularly. I want to play a role in expanding the Lord's kingdom and help in making disciples. I am very thankful to CCI."

India

This time a TTW was conducted in an unreached area and controversial state in North India, praise the Lord! There is a total of 18 classes now under Pastor L’s leadership, our CCI Area Coordinator. Also, a graduation was held with 8 students taught by a husband & wife.

As Dr. David Nelson ministered alongside the National Director, five seminars were conducted in 2 cities in the southeast. Three graduations were also, held for 34 students.

The training brings very good doctrine, so we are enjoying the classes as we attend regularly. Common things are taught and the teacher uses good methods. For me, it is wonderful. Nepal

Two classes are currently learning Course 2: Old Testament Survey in rural areas that are incredibly difficult to access due to the mountainous terrain. Pray for the teachers and the classes.

Sri Lanka

Early in April, the coordinator went to a northern province to share the ministry of CCI. They are so glad to learn of effective methods to systematically teach the Word of God and to train up pastors and church leaders. This is good ground for you to support. The RD is going there soon to ensure healthy growth, meet various groups, and conduct several seminars. Please support this ministry as we expand. (There are already 9 classes going).

Bhutan

Praise the Lord! Bhutan is a closed country, but one class has started teaching Course 1: Bible Study Methods and Rules of Interpretation. Please pray for the teacher and the four students receiving training in private.

Malaysia

We've just started a new class in Malaysia, bringing our total to 6 classes. Due to security reasons, I'll be keeping some details private, but I would appreciate your prayers for this group of 13 church leaders.

Pray for the USA Tour in September as the Regional Director and 3-4 members of his team plan to tour the United States to visit churches and ministry partners. Please pray for guidance as they plan the logistics, and for provision to cover the costs of travel, accommodations, meals, and any other necessities. Sign up HERE to learn more.

Prayers & Praises

Nepal

· Please pray for the ministry as we are struggling with book costs since the number of classes has grown. We are now paying more than before. If you would like to help, poor students can be provided with scholarships in order to buy books by clicking this link.

· Pray for teacher’s support. We need at least 4 new teachers since our number of classes has grown in to 18. We need $100 for each teacher per month.

· Please pray for 2 laptops for ministry purposes for CCI Nepal.

· We need 1 portable projector for GFP and some other seminar use.

· We are struggling with BTCP books availability, so please pray that it is without any hindrances and error.

Pakistan

· For students who cannot pay for the books. If you would like to help, poor students can be provided with scholarships in order to buy books by clicking this link.

· Please pray for teachers so that they can travel and teach with wisdom. Also, pray for their families.

· Please pray for students to receive wisdom and understanding of CCI Curriculum.

· Please pray for CCI Pakistan for new partnerships.

· Please pray for a TTW in May and opening a new class.

· Praise the Lord for new classes in 2 cities in central Pakistan.

Bangladesh

· We have a plan to finish course 7 and start the new manual by the end of May. We believe your prayer support will be a blessing for the team members here.

· Due to hot weather, the crops of the land are drying up and there is no water in the tube wells. Electricity goes off most of the time and the people are restless due to the extreme heat.

· We are thankful to our God that the Bible students are sharing the Gospel outside as the calling of disciples. They are taking initiative and responsibility in the churches now. Therefore, we need more prayer support to bear witness among other faith communities.

· Pray for peace among Bandarban tribal people. Some of the Bom community have declared rebellion against the government resulting in many problems for the residents.

· Pray for those facing various challenges and a hope for healing, strength, and peace through God's intervention.

· Pray for the safety for those who travel to make disciples.

India

· Pray that the Lord would open doors for support for more teachers.

· Pray as we would like to have a TTW in 2 northern India cities soon.
