Using NHS Pro Tools Has Never Been Easier
Did you know you can send your clients deeply into your Showingnew site directly from an email or from your website? It actually pretty easy once you know how it works. All the pages on your Showingnew.com site can be accessed directly from a link, if you know the rules for linking.
The general link construction is:
Looks a little complicated, but the real thing is not too bad and it lands your clients on your special area of expertise. Here are some examples:
Sending a link for communities requires a bit of editing on your part but is just as easy, you will need to replace the word “homes” in the link above with the word “communities” so that it looks like the link below:
Follow the instructions below to find your Showingnew.com URL and create your links:
- Login to your NHS Pro account
- Hover over your name in the top right corner of the screen
- Click “My Showingnew.com Site”
- Your URL will display on the screen and you can edit the page if you have not already customized the site.

Click the URL to open your showingnew.com site.
- Run your search then copy the URL on the search results screen to paste in an email for your client.
- Don’t forget to follow the steps above to edit the link if you would prefer to send an email with a link to communities rather than homes.

Dues billing for 2021 local (GTAR), state (OAR), and national (NAR) were emailed October 7, 2020; REALTOR® dues are $660. REALTOR-Associate® dues are $630. Payment is due by November 30, 2020. All billing email comes from the following address:
Fourth quarter MLS fees were posted Thursday, October 1st. Payment was due by October 15th. A $20 late fee was added October 16th. MLS users who have not paid their fourth quarter MLS fees were suspended from the MLS November 1 and a $30 reinstatement fee has been added. Payment in full must be received by November 30 to avoid the entire office from being suspended from the MLS.

Oklahoma Emergency
Rental Assistance Program Resumed Accepting Applications
To be eligible, a tenant must have experienced financial hardship due to the COVID-19 pandemic and have a household income below 80% of the average median income for Tulsa County.
Households with applications filed on or before Oct. 31, 2020 will be considered for both the Tulsa County and Oklahoma emergency rental assistance programs and will receive assistance from the program they are eligible for.
Applications filed on or after Nov. 2, 2020 will only be considered for the Oklahoma emergency rental assistance program. No deadline has been set for when the applications will close, however there is a limited amount of funds available. Tenants are encouraged to apply ASAP to ensure they receive needed assistance.
